‘Stranger Things’ actor Noah Schnapp and Virginia Madsen also star.

Cory Michael Smith (Gotham), Virginia Madsen and Michael Chiklis will star in 1985, an AIDS drama from Yen Tan.

Stranger Things actor Noah Schnapp and Big Hero Six’s Jamie Chung are also set to star in the indie, which will begin shooting in late May in Texas.

The feature is based on Tan’s short of the same name, which won the special jury prize at last year’s SXSW. He expanded the script for the drama and is directing.

The film focuses on terminally-ill Adrian (Smith), who flies home from New York to visit his estranged family in Texas. His attempt at revealing his circumstances to his conservative parents (Madsen, Chiklis) are challenged when he reconnects with his pre-teen brother (Schnapp) and his old flame (Chung).

The pic is being produced by Emmy Award-winner Ash Christian for Cranium Entertainment and producer HutcH for MuseLessMime Productions.

Nancy Schafer, Monte Zajicek and Stacey Davis are executive producing. Jeff Elliott and Chad Moore will also serve as executive producers in addition to co-financing and handling sales through their outfit, Green-Light International.

The film 1985 marks a bit of a Gotham big-screen reunion. Smith plays Edward Nigma on the Batman/DC Entertainment-based television show on which Chiklis also appears. Chung, who voices GoGo Tomago on Big Hero Six, has also appeared on the show, playing Valerie Vale.

Madsen currently appears on ABC’s Designated Survivor. Schnapp returns for season two of Stranger Things this fall.

Keeping it real! Whether she’s on a red carpet, at an event or just rocking street style, Jamie Chung is one who always looks effortlessly fabulous. The 33-year-old California native of Korean descent gives us goals when it comes to wearing color, denim and absolutely any accessory, not to mention those fabulous waves. Here, Stylish breaks down some of her best looks.

She’s Got a Blonde Ambition
At a pre-Oscars event hosted by The Glam App and Dermaflash on February 24, the Real World alum showed off fresh golden highlights with a coordinated marigold silk blouse with bell sleeves paired with shredded jeans.

She’s Colorful
For the 10th Anniversary of the Blue Jeans Go Green Denim Recycling Program celebration on November 17, the Gotham star stunned in teal eyeliner, a pop of cherry on her pout and a whimsical $68 embroidered pajama top by Madewell.

She’s Centered
Sitting front row at the Monique Lhuillier show on September 13 during New York Fashion Week, Chung rocked a gorgeous look by the designer (who she also wore for her own 2015 nuptials to actor Bryan Greenberg on Halloween Eve.) Hair pro Michael Braun styled a simple center-parted bun that offset soft candy-pink lips.

She Brows Down
Golden goddess! For a 2016 Golden Globes afterparty, makeup artist Kira Nasrat contoured the Once Upon a Time star’s cheeks with a luminous gold powder and sharpened arches. Hairstylist Daniel Marrone styled a relaxed updo accented with a black satin headband to complement her graphic black and white KaufmanFranco gown.

She Talks Straight
At a premiere of Resident Advisors on March 31, 2016, Chung rocked super-straight shoulder-grazing locks and matte red lips. The accessories queen reigned in Stuart Weitzman Nudist sandals with a vintage purse by Antik.

Jamie Chung is entering the Marvel universe.

The Gotham actress has signed on to play the famed character Blink in Fox’s Marvel drama pilot, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

The untitled project revolves around two ordinary parents who discover their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.

Also known as Clarice Fong, Bing is described as sarcastic, lively and a bit of a tomboy. Her naturally strong exuberance has taken a hit after a sudden and traumatic upheaval of her life. As she adjusts to the new people and places that are suddenly ‘home’, Clarice is slowly becoming herself again.

First introduced in the X-Men comics in 1994, the character of Blink also boasts the power of teleportation. She was portrayed by Chinese actress Fan Bingbing in 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Matt Nix (Burn Notice) will serve as showrunner and also executive produce alongside franchise veterans Lauren Shuler Donner, Bryan Singer and Simon Kinberg as well as Marvel’s Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory. X-Men film franchise veteran Singer will also direct the pilot, which hails from 20th Century Fox TV and Marvel.

Chung is the first actor cast in the highly anticipated project. The role would keep Chung at Fox, where she is currently playing another comic book character, Valerie Vale, on the network’s Gotham. Her other credits include Once Upon a Time, The Hangover Part II and Big Hero 6.
